Flute Laminating Machine
KPL series of Flute Laminating Machine, having absorbed the experiences of those similar machines home and abroad, is an ideal equipment for the lamination of cardboard to flute. The machine consists of upper cardboard feeding system and lower flute feeding system, sheet guiding unit, coating unit, laminating unit and pressure conveyor unit, suitable for Flute A,B,C,E,F, mill board, three/five layer corrugated board fast lamination with printed cardboard.

Basic equipments:
（★）cardboard feeder
※ Adopt circulation feeding structure;
※ Adopt large power vacuum pump, big air volume for smooth sheet feeding;
※ Linear guiding rails for vacuum suction head movement structure, six sets of improved suckers with steady sheet feeding and durable use;
※ Protection mechanism for loading table;
※ Possible to adjust the suction head during machine running.
※ Max. Loading height:1800mm.
（★）Automatic flute feeder
※ Bottom-out suction, imported strong suction belt and high-pressure ring-shaped blower;
※ Imported electromagnetic braking device, smooth and correct sheet feeding;
※ Perfect design, possible to feed Flute A,B,C,E,F, and mill corrugated cardboard and three/five layer corrugated board freely;
※ Synchronous photocell control technology for flute and cardboard to avoid the incorrect feeding of flute and cardboard.
（★）Coating and laminating section
※ Automatic glue supply system, electric-control glue detector to control glue during laminating to supply the already-consumed glue with glue recycling tank to avoid glue loss;
※ Roll-to-roll coating system for even glue coating to guarantee coating quality; one hard-chromed coating roller and one rubber metering roller on the up position; one hard-chromed pressure roller and one rubber cleaning roller on the bottom.
※ Adopt imported phase adjustment device to adjust laminating correction time between cardboard and flute during high-speed lamination for high efficiency; Suitable for flute A,B,C,E,F, mill board and corrugated three/rive layer board smooth lamination.
※ Laminating precision:＋1.5mm;
※ LED displayer can display automatically and correctly the production output for every shift
（★）Pressure conveyor
※ Driven by imported gear wheel decelerating motor;
※ Upper and lower wide belt for good sheet pressing ;
※ Roller pressure adjustment by scale-hammer structure easily;
※ Speed adjusted by inverter for good lamination and even drying.

※ Motor speed all regulated by inverter, safe and reliable with low- noise.
※ PLC control, easy operation, easy maintenance.
※ Imported electric parts can guarantee the sensitivity and stability of the whole machine control system.
Optional equipments
※ Automatic trolley for cardboard-piling outside the feeder;
※ Pressure conveyor adopts rails-back-and forth-movement device
※ Pressure conveyor can be elongated or shortened according to client’s requirement.
